Llanerch Wood 14/05/2017

At Llanerch wood there were alot of Blue-tailed Damsels in the bankside vegetation wheather it was because of the wind I do not know but it did make taking photos a little bit tricky. The other Damsels were Red-eyed Damsels(14) and Azures, I also saw a few Blue-tailed Damsels of the form rufescens.
The Red-eyed were on the lily pads with two seen in tandem.

No Dragonflies seen.

hi Mike
Did see a couple of Broad-bodied Chasers at Parc Slip last week - patrolling around the dragonfly pond up near the Northern Wetlands Hide. They didn't touch down at all, so no chance of a photo'
